Lead Developer (Professional-Senior)

We have long-standing and trusting relationships with over 80 companies from the Swiss retail, consumer goods and banking sectors, e.g. UBS, Swisscom, Raiffeisen.

To help grow our software development team, we are currently looking for an ambitious person as a Mobile/Web Lead Developer.

Your impact & design space.

You will develop sophisticated and high-quality web and mobile applications using the latest frameworks, cloud technologies and architectures.
You will design data, software and infrastructure architectures, ensure integration into the surrounding systems and create scalable build, testing and deployment pipelines.
You will work in interdisciplinary project teams (4-8 people) consisting of developers, architects, designers and consultants.
You will make a crucial contribution to the success of projects and so create customer experiences that are effective.
You are responsible for the technical implementation in projects and make a crucial contribution to the success of projects.

Your profile.

You have completed an apprenticeship or a degree in computer science/business information systems or similar.
You have at least 2 – 3 years of project experience in software engineering and practical experience with JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, React / React Native, Angular etc.) in the frontend, as well as knowledge of development with Java, Spring Boot, Express/Node.js or AWS serverless infrastructure in the backend.
You want to continue your development and are looking for a varied and ambitious environment.
You have a passion for innovative technologies, unique customer experiences and inspirational design.
You have a customer-focused and highly communicative personality and are an excellent team player. You thereby recognize potential in the team and can enable and coach the developers in that matter.
You have a professional appearance and are also fluent in German and English.
