Above the modern entrance area, what is known as the meeting zone, are the offices of the bank employees as well as various consulting and meeting rooms.
If the customer asks for a personal consultation, the contact person is notified by the digital call system by SMS and email. Thanks to this innovative call system, bank advisors can move flexibly around the building and focus on carrying out their jobs efficiently behind the scenes. In addition, the calling system is an integrated part of the highly flexible digital signage network and is also used to display content, which supports digital communication.

Video conference room
Best sound and video quality in every corner of the building
The 20 person conference room is equipped with a user-friendly and reliable video and audio-conferencing solution. While the touch panelcontrols the three digital signage screens individually with a few intuitive clicks and uses them to display different content, the precise sound acquisition throughout the room serves to automatically recognise and transmit the person talking in excellent video and sound quality.

A variety of consulting rooms in different feel-good designs are available In the new advisory bank. Each room is equipped with digital signage screens, which can be used to share information, forms, statistics, guides and much more for discussion with customers at the touch of a button.
This makes consulting equally transparent, efficient and productive. However, the screens serve not only as a supportive customer advice tool, but also for the uncomplicated video connection of other consulting experts. If the screens are not used for consulting or a video conference, they can be used to communicate general Raiffeisen content such as opening hours, current stock market numbers, weather forecasts or to introduce the team.

LED-Wall
Impressive brand communication with LED technology
The large-scale LED wall in the entrance area of more than ten Raiffeisen Group banks is an impressive highlight that transforms the seating and waiting area into a visual experience.
The LED wall not only serves as an information and communication medium, but can also be used for cross-media purposes. Mood content and Raiffeisen content create an appealing atmosphere for customers during the bank's opening hours. The LED wall can also be used for presentations and events.

A large screen in the event and meeting room offers flexible usage options. Thanks to intelligent video conferencing technology and control, the event room serves as a modern meeting room. The microphone shower with noise cancelling is an innovative system that enables precise sound recording in event locations. Several microphones are strategically positioned in the room to ensure optimum voice pick-up.
This system ensures clear acoustics at events such as conferences, presentations or hybrid events.

Bringing the digital Raiffeisen world closer
The RED represents the link between physical sales and the digital Raiffeisen world in customer advice and offers versatile possibilities. It is available as a fixed touchscreen (e.g., in a standing table), or as a tablet version with screen sharing.
Customers can discover current banking products and services, schedule customer appointments, but also gain exciting insights into topics such as TWINT, e-banking, etc.
Through the active experience of the customer and the interaction with the consultant, the fear of touch is reduced to digital banking services, so that the self-dealing rate can be increased sustainably.

How does RED impress people?
Thanks to RED, additional consultation appointments can be arranged and the downloading of applications (e.g. TWINT, RIO, Vorsorgeradar) is digitally supported. RED also offers a direct link to forms (e.g. Mastercard application).

Raiffeisen cooperatives are focussing on content marketing. Local marketing is intended to increase proximity to customers through more regional topics. The Content Studio offers easy access to a content team from jls, which prepares all local topics for all digital channels: Website, digital signage, social media, email banners, web banners, ATM as well as editorial support.
This allows each cooperative to regionalise national campaigns for all digital channels, implement local campaigns and potentially outsource content management. We produce over 1’200 pieces of content per year with a maximum turnaround time of 48 hours.

Raiffeisen Modernisation Assistant (RAImo) – An impressive advisory tool
Customers are given a summary of the energy classification of the desired building. Modernisation proposals and associated investment costs are put at the centre and visualised for the customer.
The customer is shown the modernisation that is needed in an efficient and understandable manner, as are the investment costs. Visual support offers customers real added value. In addition, the application offers very good support for Raiffeisen employees.
The result is a web-based solution for Raiffeisen employees and their customers. The impressive solution uses a calculation tool for investments and energy ratings, as well as a planning tool for building modernisations.

RAImo allows a virtual tour of every room in the house, such as kitchen, bathroom, etc. The individual components are marked with a red dot and can be clicked on for more details.
