Digital Signage
Full Managed Service -
All-round carefree for Digital Signage
For SBB, we take over the complete support of their digital signage solution in a fully managed service model. Whether screens in travel centres or internal screens at SBB offices, we provide the digital signage solution up to and including operation.
The key advantages:
- Focus on core business: jls takes care of the installation, operation and maintenance of the digital signage solution (hardware and software).
- Cost transparency without initial outlay: fixed monthly amount without acquisition and installation costs.

Relevant content along the customer journey
Digital signage solutions provide customers with targeted support along their customer journey. In the SBB travel centre, an information pillar in the shop window informs passers-by about products, services, opening hours and exchange rates - clearly visible and up-to-date.
After entering the travel centre, an advertising screen behind the counter highlights current promotions, e.g. carnival days or discounts on admission to the FIFA Museum. Interactive displays enable customer interaction and shorten waiting times with a memory game, for example. In addition, a departure monitor provides real-time information on station departures to offer travellers seamless orientation.

Motion Design
Efficient motion design thanks to a clever channel structure
We developed a scalable CMS setup for SBB that bundles a large number of user requirements into a few, well thought-out templates. Thanks to a clever channel structure and consolidated templates, we radically streamlined the existing system and established a standardised visual language.
The result: less effort, clear processes and efficient content management.

Efficient content creation
With smart templates, content can be created quickly, consistently and without design effort. Thanks to flexible layout options - e.g. media with text, text on top/bottom or full-screen media - different content types can be covered with just a few templates. This saves time and resources, reduces sources of error and ensures that all content remains in the corporate design.
Example split screen: In this template, opening hours and exchange rates are pulled in directly via an interface and offers and services are maintained manually.
